 The action commission model is a proven success in the Black Belt. Now we will replicate this model statewide and bring more progress to Alabama’s rural communities. We’ve proven with the Black Belt Action Commission that if you concentrate and make it a priority, you can improve the quality of life there. We need to do that for all of rural Alabama.
